OK gentlemen, it's my understanding that the following Knights will be adventuring their way to the Shire of New Hamp on the last weekend in July for the OGC Convention

OK - here's what I understand at this time:

Artemis + offspring = staying a Con hotel
Luke Dev + 1 offspring = staying at the Hacienda de la Patterson
Jack Payne = staying at the Hacienda de la Patterson

OK - some notes and concerns:

I have left several emails with the Con coordinator (Lisa) regarding reduced registration fees for GMs. I have not gotten a response. My concern lies in the registration for attendees deadline of July 15th. If you haven't mailed in your registration/payment by July 15th, then you pay a $5 higher rate at the CON. If that's ok - then I'm ok. But I'm not getting feedback about the GM registration forms/rate.

Second - for those who are visiting from the Isle of Long, bring your swim suits - we have a possible line on pool access two houses down from us while they are away that weekend. If the events finish early enough on Saturday - or Sunday - then we can plan on a "swim party".

Some discussion for those who are coming up to the Shire of New Hamp next weekend:

It is my understanding that now the following people are coming (and where you are laying your lazy carcasses at night):

Sounds like a great time will be had. I would urge you to download, print and fill-out your convention registration form prior to arrival. Please note that we are not attending the Con on Friday night, we are only playing on Saturday and Sunday - so we will only be paying the two-day rate.

Also - we are planning our traditional evening dinner on Friday night. We are planning on going to the traditional restaurant, the Common Man. We have had good times there. For planning purposes - we are looking at a 7:00 dinner time.

SATURDAY:

We will be meeting at The Convention Site on Saturday morning for the following games:

8:30am meet?
9:00am - 1:00pm: D&D "Near Epic Heroes"
2:00pm - 6:00pm: Marvel Superheroes "Everybody wants to rule the world"

Saturday night - immediately after conclusion of the Marvel game, we will be having a Swim Party BRING YOUR SWIM SUITS. Now... the swim party will be at a neighbors house who is camping for the weekend, and has graciously allowed us to use their pool... so we need to be careful and respectful. (I hope we don't have to have everyone sign a waiver of liability form....) and will most likely have pizza or some other outdoor friendly food. FYI - My house is only 10 minutes from the Convention Hotel.
